What elevates Bastymania beyond a simple satire is its deep respect for musical heritage. The story constantly nods to earlier genres and pioneers who laid the groundwork for rock and pop. These references never feel academic; instead, they enrich the world and remind readers how interconnected musical evolution truly is.

I am delighted to get my hands on this book. Looking forward to reading more books by the author in the future.
